- Open and close work orders.
- Schedule customer appointments and manage the workload of our mechanics and technicians.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide professional advice.
- Plan and coordinate recommended maintenance services for our customers' vehicles.
- Maintain effective communication between the various departments within the dealership.
- Perform other related duties as required.
